Freight

If an entire order is no charge, CabinetsZone will pay for standard ground freight. If an order contains a chargeable item, the cost of freight will be charged to the customer’s invoice. If a customer requests an upgrade to a parcel shipment method, the customer will be charged the entire freight charge.

Returned Goods

Customized, assembled & installed products cannot be returned. All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. CabinetsZone reserves the right to deny any returns deemed unacceptable. No returns will be accepted after (30) calendar days from the date of purchase. Returned products will be inspected prior to acceptance by CabinetsZone. Upon acceptance of order and completion of the shipment or pick-up, all materials are the responsibility of the customer. The customer must provide the reason for the return prior to CabinetsZone’s acceptance of the returned product. All returned products must be accompanied by the original written and signed contract or invoice receipt provided at time of purchase.

Transportation

The responsibility of CabinetsZone ceases upon delivery of product in good working order to transport companies and all product(s) are shipped at consignee’s risk. Please inspect all product(s) at time of signing freight bill, and have transportation company note any damage incurred in transit. Do not sign for any damaged product(s). All prices are (F.O.B.) point of manufacture or warehouse.

Quotation Of Price

All written quotations of price (“Quote”) made by CabinetsZone will be valid for a period of thirty (30) days, without exception, from the date of the Quote generated by CabinetsZone. CabinetsZone under any circumstance will not honor verbal quotations of price.

Financial Responsibility

 CabinetsZone requires payment of invoices upon receipt of goods.

Storage Fees

  Purchased items not picked up by Buyer within five (5) business days after Buyer receives Ready for Pickup notification are subject to storage frees, including, but not limited to a daily fee of fifty dollars ($50) for items stored at CabinetsZone.

Governing Law; Venue And Jurisdiction

  All issues concerning the formation, performance, or interpretation of any contract regarding this sale shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, and any dispute between CabinetsZone and Buyer will be resolved in Florida the prevailing party in that dispute entitled to its costs and reasonable attorneys fees. 

Severability Of Terms

  If any phrase, clause or provision shall be declared void, the validity of any other provisions shall not be affected there

Shipment And Claim Of Damage

 In case of claiming damage and loss in transit for any delivery of FOB, it’s Buyer’s responsibility to claim through the freight broker once the products leaves CabinetsZone’s warehouses. Please refer to CabinetsZone Transportation Policy and the freight company’s claim policies and procedures.

Taxes

All sales tax, excise taxes, or other forms of taxes levied against this transaction shall be paid by Buyer over and above all other sums Buyer is or may become obligated to pay hereunder. These taxes are in addition to the purchase price of the products subject to an order. If you are exempt from tax, an original signed tax exemption certificate must be submitted to CabinetsZone. Without a valid signed tax exemption certificate on file at CabinetsZone all applicable taxes will be charged to the Buyer.
